Reverend Fathers, dear friends, choir directors and cantors!
With the blessing and under the High Patronage of His Eminence Metropolitan John of Dubna, Archbishop of the Orthodox Churches of Russian Tradition in Western Europe, and with the support of the Association Chants Liturgiques Orthodoxes, the third International Meeting of Choir Directors and Cantors will be held at St Alexander Nevsky Cathedral in Paris. This meeting will take place from 30 October to 1 November 2026 in the premises of the cathedral.
The programme of the meeting includes liturgical services, rehearsals, lectures and a round table on the challenges and problems of the “kliros”.
All choir directors and cantors, whether experienced or beginners, are invited to this meeting. The working language is Russian. Simultaneous interpretation will be provided if necessary.
The contribution to organizational costs is:
Standard rate: 200 euros for the whole duration of the course.
Patron rate: 250 euros for the whole duration of the course.
Reduced rate*: 150 euros for the whole duration of the course.
* Number of places limited. Applied after review of the application.
A meal will be provided each midday. Accommodation is not included in the fee.
