Data controller
Union directrice diocésaine des Associations orthodoxes russes en Europe occidentale (Governing Diocesan Union of Russian Orthodox Associations in Western Europe), 12, rue Daru, 75008 Paris, France — administration.diocesaine@archeveche.eu.
Data collected
The site has no user accounts, no forms and no newsletter: no personal data is collected from visitors. Like any website, the server records technical logs (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser); these logs are used solely for the security and proper functioning of the site and are kept by the host for a maximum of one year, as required by law.
The contact details published in the directories of clergy, parishes and monasteries (telephone, email) are published so that the faithful can contact their pastors and communities. Personal addresses are not published. Any person concerned may at any time request the correction or deletion of their contact details.
Cookies
The site uses only one cookie: pll_language, which stores the chosen display language (duration: one year). This cookie is strictly necessary for personalising the interface and, in accordance with Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés) and the guidelines of the CNIL (the French data protection authority), it is exempt from consent. No audience-measurement, advertising or social-network cookies are set while you browse. Fonts are hosted on the site’s own server.
Third-party content
Some pages contain videos (YouTube, Vimeo), maps (Google Maps), posts (Facebook) or photo albums (Flickr). This content is not loaded automatically: it is displayed only after you click the “Show” button. Only at that point may the service concerned set its own cookies and collect data, in accordance with its own privacy policy. YouTube videos are loaded in enhanced privacy mode (youtube-nocookie.com).
If you tick “Always show”, this choice is stored for six months in your browser only (local storage) and is not transmitted to the Archdiocese. You can withdraw this choice at any time:
The photographs in the home-page gallery are served by Flickr’s servers (staticflickr.com), which receive the visitor’s IP address on that occasion, without setting any cookie. Online donations are made on the HelloAsso website, whose privacy policy applies.
Your rights
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés), you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection concerning your personal data. To exercise these rights, write to administration.diocesaine@archeveche.eu or to the postal address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (the French data protection authority) (3, place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07 — www.cnil.fr).
