The 2026 monthly calendar is available in A3 format (29.7 x 42 cm) on high-quality 170 g glossy coated paper. A hook on a metal binding is used to hang the calendar on the wall. A half-moon perforation allows the pages to be turned without tearing them off as the months go by.
The upper half of each page is illustrated with photographs of the murals in the newly restored crypt of the Church of the Dormition, and with murals from the church itself, often related to the feast of the current month. The magnificent murals of the crypt and of the church are the work of the architect and decorative painter Albert Benois and his wife Marguerite. The lower half of the calendar shows the days of the month in boxes with enough room to write in one’s own appointments. French holidays are printed in black in the boxes. Orthodox feasts, written in French and in Russian, also appear, in blue or in red for the major feasts, and the days of the Orthodox fasts are likewise indicated.
Sold at a price of €30 for the benefit of the parish, it is available at the shop of the Church of the Dormition, next to the Russian Cemetery of Sainte-Geneviève-des-Bois, as well as at the shop at the entrance of the St Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, rue Daru.
